2004 Season Results
Winning the "Hard
Luck" award for two seasons in a
row sucks, and is also very expensive. We had problems with the fuel system for
the last two races in addition to collecting another "concrete wall"
trophy in the last race of the season. After getting the fuel problem solved
barely in time for the last main of the season, a tie rod end gave way resulting
with no steering. All in all, we managed a decent overall 5th
Place for the season and also won the "Sportsman"
award, the later not a easy thing to do since the activities that resulted in
the "Hard Luck" award also tend to make you a little short tempered!
